SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Responsibilities
-
Develop and manage corporate clients and business partners in the telecommunications, government, oil & gas, financial, manufacturing, utilities and other emerging sectors.

Responsible to market the IT, telecommunication and networking products and services of the company.

Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth, implement account strategy and develop key account plans at assigned Key Accounts.

Leverage on relationship management skills to ensure excellent service delivery leading to customer satisfaction and retention.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and work teams.
Requirements
-
Associate degree or higher in Business, Engineering or IT discipline.

A minimum of 4 years in a Sales / Account Manager Position. Experience in telecommunication and/or networking solution sales with proven good sales track record will be an added advantage.

Capable in high-level presentation, proposing solutions, preparing quotations and tender submission.

Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

Good understanding of current Information Technologies will be an added advantage. Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

Demonstrated success in providing strategic account management to large and complex accounts. Proven track record of successfully selling additional products or service lines to current customers will be an added advantage.

A self-starter and able to interact with all levels of people. Able to build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of selling.

Must be resourceful, independent, flexible, attention to detail, result and customer oriented.

Ability to perform under pressure and willing to work extended hours when needed.

Must possess own car. Travel as necessary to meet with new and existing customers.
