DGB is a subsidiary of Formis Resources Berhad (FORMIS). Incorporated in 1994, DGB;s initial business focus was supplying networking solutions to small-to-medium size offices and home users.

Today, DGB is a full-fledge Networking System Integrator with staff strength of more than 70 people.

It is the company's goal to be a premier provider of a full range of tele/data communications solutions in LAN, WAN, Transmission, Switching and Operation Support Systems. Towards this end, DGB therefore is capable of providing services such as requirements studies, network design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, consultancy, project management, operation and management, outsourcing and turnkey. DGB is dedicated to serve its customers as a single source of network solutions provider, providing complete networking solutions that satisfy both customers' short-and-long-term networking needs.

Integral to this complete networking solution are the comprehensive trainign benefits DGB provides to ensure that the customers receive the maximum benefits and service from the networking products.

DGB has extensive experience and success in implementing and supporting large carrier and enterprise networks in Malaysia such as Fibrecomm's nationwide infrastructures, Padu*Net's network, DiGi Telecom's voice transport, Great Estern Life Assurance, etc.

As networks spread from headquarters to dispersed sites and even linking up the Internet, DGB is prepaored with the right infrastructure that is capable of effective support on nationwide basis. Out nationwide service centres are manned directly by DGB's employed staff, not third party, to provide better services to customers.
